Aug 18, 2011 by

The Robert G (Bob) Busse Service Award will be given to a member of the Atlanta Alumni Chapter who has exhibited outstanding service during the past fraternity year (July 1 of past year to June 30 of current year). Service is defined as giving of oneself for the benefit of another. The service given by this Brother should be for Delta Sigma Pi as well as other organizations. An ideal member of Delta Sigma Pi should give of him or herself freely to all people not just his/her Brothers.

Submissions must be turned in by the October business meeting (October 18th this year). The award and recognition take place during the Founders’ Day Celebration every year.

Help A Brother Out (HABO) is the AAC’s professional development program involving matching Atlanta-area Brothers with other Brothers for jobs, mentoring, development opportunities and more! We are looking at involving the collegiate chapters in this initiative in order to prepare them for their professional life after graduation and continue to help Brothers all along as they are involved in the Atlanta Alumni Chapter. The networking-ability of the AAC is a huge asset and having Brothers who have served many roles, both inside the Fraternity as well as outside in their own companies is a great benefit to new and returning Brothers.
