AAC Biggest Loser

We have rolled over the AACBL from 2011 in the hopes of more participants and bigger losers so sign-up for the Q1 2012 AAC Biggest Loser contest using the form at the bottom of the page and make sure to click through at the bottom to pay your $10. If you would rather pay cash/check you can bring it to the meeting on Tuesday, January 17th, but you’ll need to weigh-in on Friday, January 20th to get things rolling! The contest will last 10 weeks (final weigh-in will be March 30th) and the prize will be cold-hard cash ($110 right now – minus Paypal fees).

- If you don’t have time to work out do 100s or 200s – 25 squats, 25 push-ups, 25 reverse push-ups (chair dips), 25 sit-ups…100 toning moves done! The 200s would then be reversing that for 200 total toning moves!
